    Felicia Rickards completed her accreditation in Civil & Commercial Mediation in Oxford, England. She then went on to complete her accreditation in Workplace & Employment Mediation with the Society of Mediators in London, England.

     

    Felicia is registered with the Civil Mediation Council and is a Member of the Society of Mediators. She continues to develop her mediation skills by completing quarterly skills practicum.

     

    Felicia's practice also includes her Executive Coaching and Strategic Direction Facilitation clients. She works with corporate employees, business owners and athletes who are ready to actuate their next level of growth. Felicia has has facilitated programmes and events for thousands of participants from around the world. She is currently launching the act.uate learning & development programme.
